Hp Package Driver Mac

I manage 200 Mac machines running 10.12. I want to install an HP Laserjet M506 using a package. I've made the package and it works on many machines but on some it does not. I downloaded the Apple HP printer drivers and copied the files to the correct locations so all is good here. With my package I install the PPD driver in /Library/Printers/PPDs/Content/Resources/ and I install the icon in /Library/Printers/hp/Icons/.

The .pkg file installs with no error, the printer icon appears and is available in System Preferences/printers. When I double-click on the printer icon I get prompted for 'You need to install software to use this printer. To install the software, choose App Store… from the Apple menu.'

If the driver is already installed on your system, updating (overwrite-installing) may fix various issues, add new functions, or just upgrade to the available version. When I go and download/update the driver (version 5.1 download) the printer still shows that it has the version 4.1.1 driver. Nothing will print.

All should be working but I an unable to fix this problem. Adobe premiere lut folder on mac. I need the printer to work and for the user to not have to download drivers, which by the way don't show up when I run 'App store'.
